family of products: the low-cost DC/DC converter,
especially designed to affordably power the battery
charger within today’s mobile laptop computers.
This converter plugs easily and conveniently into
both the 12-volt or 24-volt lighter socket of a
vehicle electrical system and provides continuous
power up to 100 watts. And it’s every bit as rugged
as it is reliable: encased in a rainproof,
lightweight (12.8) ounce enclosure so it can travel
easily.
With its compact size, innovative visual indicator
system, highly advanced thermal and transient
protection – including short circuit, input over
voltage, output over voltage and reverse input
protection – the DC/DC Vehicle Adaptor provides a
high efficiency level of 88%. Each unit is
designed to meet all international standards and a
typical lifetime of MTBF: 100,000 hours.
